Cushioned Stoppers

Cushioned stoppers are equipped with shock absorbers to gently stop work at the specified place. Cushioned stoppers can be placed at the work station, accumulation station, Lift/rotate stations, positioning stations and Diverters.

Direct Stoppers

Direct Stoppers are categorized into two groups: Roller and Flat Rod type. Both types are designed to stop the pallet on contact and reset after the pallet has been released from the stopped position by the control system or operator.

Fixed Stoppers are designed to be sturdy to allow work to become square with the conveyor frame, used at diverters or end line operations where the work should not pass forward.

Rotation and Positioning Equipment

Rotation and positioning devices are design to be mounted between-frame. These devices can be manual or automatic. Generally, they lift the pallet off of the carrying surface and position the pallet in the proper orientation for the next operation.

Vertical Lifts

Vertical Lifts are used to change the pallets elevation. Typical applications are to transfer pallets up and over an aisle, change elevations between operations or to transfer empty pallets to lower level storage conveyor.
